涡轴发动机状态监测系统的研究

摘    要:介绍了某型涡轴发动机健康状况监视系统的总体方案,给出了用于发动机诊断的状态监测参数和性能评估参数;建立了利用故障因子概念诊断发动机故障的数学模型,运用发动机的实际无故障数据的模拟故障数据进行了仿真。结果表明,诊断结论可信。该系统对在役发动机的健康监视具有实用性。

Abstract:Health monitoring system for a turboshaft engine has been introduced in this paper. Parameters of health monitoring and performance assessing have been given to diagnose engine. A numerical model has been formulated for fault diagnosis by means of fault factors. Simulation has been done through engine actual non-fault data and simulated fault data. Results show reliable diagnosis conclusions and the system is practical for engines on service.
