| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the nature,meaning, characteristics , structure of the information operational environment, this paper presents the great impact upon the traditional operational environment by the rapid development of new military revolution with information technology as its core. Meanwhile, this paper also outlines and discusses the reconstruction and use of battlefield information environment. |
