流量放大喷嘴放大比例对航空发动机燃烧性能的影响

摘    要:对比研究了某型发动机主燃烧室点火电嘴附近的流量放大喷嘴的放大比例对慢车熄火特性和出口温度场分布的影响。原型流量放大喷嘴相对于标准型的放大比例为96.83%,安装节流嘴后相对于标准型的放大比例分别为22.46%、45.45%、79.27%。试验结果表明:安装节流嘴喷嘴的燃烧室,其慢车熄火边界小于原型喷嘴的,并随流量放大喷嘴的放大比例的增大而变宽;其出口温度场均匀性比原型喷嘴的略好,出口温度分布系数随流量放大喷嘴放大比例的减小而减小。

Effect of Magni-scale for Flux Magnified Injector on Aeoengine Combustion Performance

Abstract:The effect of the magni-scale for the flux magnified injectors,which beside the igniter plug of an aeroengine combustor,on the idle blowout characteristics and the combustor exit temperature profile was investigated in contrast.Compare to the standard injectors,themagi-scale of prototype flux magnified injectors was 0.9683,the magi-scales of the flux magnified injectors with flow controllers were respectively 0.2246,0.4545 and 0.7927.The results show that the idle blowout margin of the injectors with flow controllers is less than that of the prototype injectors,and the idle blowout margin increases with the enhancement of the magi-scale.The uniformity of the combustor exit temperature profile is slightly better than that of the combustor prototype injectors,the combustor exit temperature pattern factor decreases with the reduction of the magni-scale of the flux magnified injectors.
