| 摘 要： | 采用彩色胶衣涂料，解决了某飞机超薄环氧玻璃钢NOMEX蜂窝夹层结构制件的蜂窝凹痕问题，提高了机翼和机身下部的外表面质量。通过试验分析，找到了喷涂厚度与遮盖效果的关系，确定了胶衣层厚度，制定了附有彩色胶衣层的超薄环氧玻璃钢NOMEX蜂窝夹层结构制件的成型工艺。

| Abstract: | The application of colour gel coating has solved the problem of honeycomb dent of ultrathin epoxy glass fibre reinforced plastic NOMEX honeycomb sandwich structure of a certain aircraft and increased the quality of external surfaces of wing and lower fuselage. Through the analysis of experiments, this paper has found the relationship between coating thickness and covering effect, determined the thickness of gel coating and formulated the forming process of uhrathin epoxy glass fibre reinforced plastic NOMEX honeycomb sandwich structure with colour gel coating. |
