摘    要:对当前正弦信号波形失真测量的现状进行了分析,讨论了基于曲线拟合法正弦信号波形失真度测量技术,并针对曲线拟合法参数求解困难的问题,提出了基于单纯形法的数据处理方法.实验结果表明单纯形法能够快速、精确求解曲线拟合方程,解决了失真度的数字化测量中的瓶颈问题.

Abstract:Based on analysis of current status of sine waveform distortion measurement, the distortion measurement technique based on curve-fit method is discussed in t his paper. Aiming at the problem that curve-fit equation is difficult to solve, a simplex-based data processing method is proposed. The experimental results demon strate that the method is fast and accurate, and it can curb the bottleneck prob lems in digitized measurement of signal distortion.
