| 摘 要： | 在大量实验数据基础上，利用回归分析法构造了基于热量和电极压力的电阻点焊质量评判数学模型。在点焊过程参数变化情况下，用该数学模型，能有效地对焊点质量进行初级评判。

| Abstract: | On the basis of a large amount of experimental data,a mathematical model basedon the heat energy and the electrode pressure for qualitative evalution of resistance spot weldinghas been established by means of regressive analysis. with this model, effective preliminaryevalution of qualitative resistance spot welding can be performed even when the parameters keepchanging during the welding process. |
