超声-电解复合微细加工阴极制作工艺研究

摘    要:介绍超声-电解复合微细加工原理,分析微细阴极工作特点及制作难点,提出微细组合放电加工制作阴极的方法;利用精密电加工设备,通过"联动复合进给"、"内、外面转换"及"平动与拷贝"式微细放电,制作多种截形的微细阴极;进行超声-电解复合微细加工试验,阴极可满足使用要求.

Abstract:The combined ultrasonic electrochemical micro-machining is presented in this paper.Detailed analysis is made about the working characteristics of micro cathode.Combined electrical discharge machining is used to make cathodes.The micro cathodes with different section are designed.They can be made in the precision electrical discharge machine tools with the methods of "multi-axle linking feeds","conversion of inner-outer surface" and "copy adding translate".A series of basic tests of the combined micro-machining are carried out with using the micro cathodes.This study is helpful to improve the process of micro cathode manufacturing.
