摘    要:本文主要研究复合添加硼酸和磷酸取代传统达克罗涂液中的铬酐以制取低铬达克罗的配方和工艺,降低了该涂层在工艺和应用中对环境的危害。通过实验配方和工艺参数的变化,对低铬达克罗的组织结构及相关性能进行分析研究,以得到各方面性能较好的低铬达克罗涂液配方及涂层。

Abstract:This thesis mainly studies the formula and process by compounded adding of the boric acid and phosphoric acid compound to replace the chromic anhydride in the traditional Dacromet coating liquid to produce low chromium coating. The environmental harm of this coating in process and use can be decreased. Analyzing and studying the tissue structure and related properties of low chromate Dacromet by changing experimental formula and process parameters, the low chromium Dacromet coating liquid with better perfor-mance and Dacromet can be obtained.
