聚丙烯短切纤维增强不饱和聚酯树脂复合材料的性能研究

摘    要:介绍了聚丙烯短切纤维与不饱和聚酯树脂混合制成的短切纤维复合材料,并经过对比试验,研究聚丙烯短切纤维长度、用量以及稀释剂含量对短切纤维复合材料力学性能的影响。研究证明,低含量短切纤维的加入对不饱和聚酯树脂固化后拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度等起到了明显的增强作用,同时,纤维的长度对短切纤维复合材料力学性能也有较大的影响。

Abstract:This paper introduces the short-cut fibre composite made by mixture of short-cut polupropylene fibre and unsaturated polyester resin, studies the effect of length, dosage of short-cut polupropylene fibre and content of thinner on the mechanical properties of short-cut fibre composite. The study proves that addition of low-content short-cut polupropylene fibre has served the function of evident reinforcing the tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength of post-curing unsaturated polyester resin and also proves in the mean time that the length of fibre has also great effect on the mechanical properties of short-cut fibre composite.
