增强氟塑料干法制备工艺研究

摘    要:对生产增强氟塑料的原材料P202和FR104两种聚四氟乙烯树脂性能进行了对比,采用“干法”制备工艺并对工艺参数进行改进,生产出FS-20d和FS-35d增强氟塑料。生产制品测试结果表明:“干法”制备工艺配方稳定、生产工艺稳定,制品的耐磨性能、耐高温性能、致密性、均匀性和相分散性均优于“湿法”制备工艺制品。

Abstract:The properties of two kinds of polyterafluoroethylene resins (P202 and FR104) for preparing the reinforced fluoro plastic were compared. The "dry process" to prepare the reinforced fluoro plastic was chosen to improve the process parameters, and adopted to produce two new kinds of reinforced fluoro plastic (FS-20d, FS-35d). The test results of the final products indicate that the preparation process formula and production process of "dry process" are stable, and the wear-resis- ting property, high temperature resistance, compactness, uniformity and phase dispersion of the new products prepared with "dry process" are better than the products yield by "wet process" .
