| 摘 要： | 画廊作为联系画家与收藏者之间的中介,具有重要的经济和学术价值。中国的画廊业目前呈现出数量多、差别大、层次低等特点,在经营上存在着经营不规范、画家与艺术家关系权责不清以及部分画廊缺乏诚信等诸多问题,中国的画廊业一方面应当完善画廊代理制,另一方面也应当探索自己的经营方式。

| Abstract: | Gallery as a link between artists and collectors have important intermediary,the economic and academic value.China's Hualang Ye currently showing quantity,difference is big,levels low characteristic,there exist in business management is not standard,painter and artists responsibilities not clear and some relationship problems such as lack of trustworthiness gallery,China's HuaLangYe hand shall improve gallery agency,on the other hand also should explore their mode of operation. |
