国产T300碳纤维格栅加筋圆筒轴压稳定性研究

摘    要:为考察国产碳纤维复合材料的性能,分别制备了国产碳纤维和东丽T300的格栅加筋圆筒试验件,通过轴压试验研究了国产碳纤维格栅加筋圆筒的轴压稳定性。实验结果表明国产碳纤维结构件破坏载荷与进口件相比偏差小于5%,工艺稳定。采用MSC.Nastran非线性屈曲分析方法进行仿真分析,分析结果同试验值符合的较好,表明非线性屈曲分析能反映结构真实的失稳情况,更适合于分析筋条密度稀疏的格栅加筋薄壁结构。

Abstract:The AGS composite cylinders were experimented with axial compression to get its stability.The samples made of CCF300 were compared to T300.The results show that the average collapse load of CCF300 sample was 5 percent difference with T300.The simulation for AGS cylinder axial compression was conducted using MSC.Nastran nonlinear bulkling.There was good agreement with experiment and simulation.Nonlinear bulkling can analysis the true stability of AGS structures.It was preferred to analysis the AGS cylinder with sparse stiffener.
