| 摘 要： | CCD是采样器件,不能按照严格理论测量MTF,但光学遥感中仍采用调制度测量作为像质评价尤其是相机调试的重要手段。文中先用简单易理解的方法演算CCD(几何尺寸)正弦波调制度为基础,讨论矩形靶标调制度与正弦靶标区别,靶标相位误差对测量的影响并指出采用测量最大调制度及其技术措施的方法。

| Abstract: | CCD as a sampling device, its MTF cannot be measured according strict theory. But in optical engineering of remote sensing, the modulation measurement is still one of the important way for the image quality estimation, especially for camera adjustment. On basis of derivating CCD (geometric dimension) modulation degree of sine wave in simple and easy way, this paper indicates the difference between the modulation degree of rectangle target mark and sinusoid target mark, and the effect of phase error. This paper also puts forward the way of measuring the maximum modulation degree and its technical measures. |
