基于数值模拟的大流量减压器内部流场的特性研究

摘    要:针对大流量气体减压器,建立了减压器工作过程的二维数学模型,基于成熟软件平台FLU—ENT进行数值仿真,研究了减压器内部稳态流场,发现减压器内存在两种典型的流动状态——超临界流动和亚临界流动,分析了不同流动状态下的流场特征,揭示了减压器内气体流动的内在规律。

Abstract:A 2- D mathematical model is established for our large flux pressure reducing valve (PRV). Based on the flat of the mature software FLUENT, the paper studies the steady flow field of the PRV, and discovers two types flow field : the supersonic flow and the subsonic flow, then analyses the characteristics of flow field with different flow state, and the internal flow rule of the gas in the PRV is posted.
