Analysis of Fire Control Technique for Air-to-Air Missile Launching

In order to ensure the maximum attack capability of the missile in air combat,this paper analyses the fire control principle of the air-to-air missile launching.According to the launching characteristics of the air-to-air missile,it describes in detail the movement relationship among the aircraft,the target and the missile at the moment of launching,and how to improve the missile's motion conditions in the terminal guidance phase using the interception aiming vector equation in order to ensure effective attack on air targets in complex air combat environment.At the end of this paper,the calculation methods of missile interception lead angle,tartget attacking entry angle and missile off-boresight angle and their display on cockpit display are discussed.
