摘    要:飞机结构强度设计的过程需要基于有关材料的力学性能数据。为了避免因材料偏差而引起的结构破坏,应尽可能的排除可避免的影响因素,以保证产品质量稳定性。本文以多批次、不同厂家生产的UNI23100/9314碳纤维预浸料作为研究对象,对采用热压罐工艺和真空袋工艺制备的碳纤维复合材料开展了性能验证及评价分析。对试样进行拉伸及压缩试验,测出其单层(0°)拉伸强度、压缩强度、拉伸模量、压缩模量,并统计得出数据的离散系数和标准差。通过试验结果的比对,总结得到试样的制件厂家、材料批次、试验厂家、数据处理厂家及操作误差等因素对产品力学性能造成的影响,对其未来的设计标准、生产规范等提供了依据。

Abstract:The strength design process of aircraft structure is based on the mechanical property data of related materials.In order to avoid the structural damage caused by material deviation,the avoidable influence factors should be eliminated as far as possible to ensure the product quality stability.In this paper,the properties of carbon fiber composite prepared by autoclave process and vacuum bag process were tested and evaluated.The tensile strength,compressive strength,tensile modulus and compression modulus of the single layer(0°)were measured by tensile and compression tests on the sample,and the dispersion coefficient and standard deviation of the data were obtained.Through the comparison of the experimental results,the influence of the factors such as the sample manufacturer,material batch,test manufacturer,data processing manufacturer and operation error on the mechanical properties of the products is summarized,which provides the basis for the future design standards and production specifications.
