飞机主操纵系统疲劳定寿

本文对飞机主操纵系统疲劳定寿以及所涉及与机体疲劳同试的全机主操纵系统疲劳试验方案制定、基于操纵载荷及操纵位移实测数据的动态及静态疲劳试验载荷谱编制、疲劳试验验证、零组件拆检、系统寿命计算、外场故障统计、问题分析处理以及疲劳寿命评定等内容进行了阐述。同时,对系统疲劳定寿的相关问题进行了分析和讨论,说明实施飞机主操纵系统疲劳试验验证、系统疲劳定寿,以及其寿命评定,应涉及系统疲劳和静态性能2个方面,这样,不仅可以真实考核或验证飞机主操纵系统零组件及其支持件的疲劳性能、带有寿命指标要求的系统静态性能,而且实际有效地暴露操纵系统疲劳设计的薄弱部位及薄弱环节。由此,有针对性地进行系统设计改进、补充和完善现有飞机维护规程及相关条款,能够进一步保障外场飞机的正常使用和飞行操纵安全。

Fatigue Evaluation and Test Validation of the Primary Flight Control System in the Series Aircraft

The fatigue life evaluation and test validation of the primary flight control system for the series aircraft is presented,which deals with the fatigue test plan,the coordinated loading spectrum,the test validation,the fatigue life analysis,the disassembly and inspection of the parts and components,a nd the fatigue life evaluation of the primary flight control system,etc.It should be noted out that the implementation of the fatigue life determination and life evaluation involves two aspects of the fatigue life and the key static performances with the life requirement.The relevant problems and the design improvement suggestions are discussed too.
