基于十字单元新型有源频率选择表面的研究

摘    要:探究了频率选择表面的原理,利用矩量法对其进行了理论数值分析。在传统十字频率选择表面单元的基础上,提出一种新型有源频率选择表面单元结构。该结构通过在传统频率选择表面单元内部加载变容二极管,调节加载的电容值,使得其频率传输特性可调。仿真结果显示,该新型有源频率选择表面单元结构具有稳定双频带(1~3 GHz、5~7 GHz)选择的特性,且随入射电磁波角度的增加,该新型结构在低频带(1~3 GHz)具有良好的角度稳定性。

Abstract:In this paper , the principle of frequency selective surface is studied and the moment meth-od is used to analyze it theoretically. Based on the traditional cross frequency selective surface unit , anovel active frequency selective surface element structure is proposed. The structure can adjust thefrequency transfer characteristic by loading the variable capacitance diode inside the traditional fre-quency selective unit. The simulation results show that the new active frequency selective surface unitstructure has stable dual-band (1~3 GHz,5 ~7 GHz) selection characteristic. With the increase ofincident electromagnetic wave angle , the new structure has good angle stability in low frequency band(1 ~3 GHz)
