EWIS数字化设计与智能生产线建设

摘    要:EWIS数字化设计可以缩短设计周期,提高设计质量。建设EWIS智能生产线可以克服EWIS生产长期存在的劳动强度大、生产效率低、质量一致性差等问题。文中结合目前先进的设计软件和生产设备,简述了EWIS智能化设计流程、方法和智能生产线建设模式。

Abstract:EWIS intelligent design can shorten design cycle and improve design quality. The con-struction of EWIS intelligent assembly line can overcome the long-term problems of EWIS production ,such as high labor intensity ,low production efficiency and poor quality consistency. In this pa.per ,EWIS intelligent design process ,method and construction pattern of intelligent assembly produc.tion line are described by combining with advanced design software and production equipment.
