摘    要:对比研究乙醇、丙酮和四氢呋喃(THF)溶剂对RTM成型石英/酚醛复合材料溶液浸润过程和性能的影响。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)和X射线电子能谱(XPS)研究酚醛树脂组成及其在石英纤维表面的动态吸附行为。结果表明,溶剂与酚醛树脂分子之间在石英纤维表面形成竞争性吸附,石英纤维表面硅烷偶联剂和不同酚醛树脂溶液组分间发生界面化学反应,从而影响树脂在RTM模具内部不同位置的分布和复合材料的力学性能。随着溶剂形成氢键能力的增强,其影响程度依次为四氢呋喃、丙酮、乙醇。

Abstract:The effects of different solvents on impregnation and properties of silica /phenolic composites were compared and studied,i.e.ethanol,acetone and tetrahydrofuran(THF).The composition of phenolic resin and dynamic adsorption behavior on silica fiber surface were investigated by means of HPLC and XPS methods.The results show that there exists competitive adsorption between solvent and phenolic resin molecules and the interfacial chemical reaction between silane coupling agent on silica fiber surface and the components of phenolic solution,which can affect resin distribution in RTM die and mechanical property of silica/phenolic composites.With the increase of hydrogen-bond capacity of solvent,solvent effect order is tetrahydrofuran
