摘    要:在焊点形成的过程中,点焊电流有效值的检测与控制是保证焊接质量的关键.本文介绍了一种用MSP430单片机实现的对点焊机电流进行检测的便携式仪器.该仪器以16位超低功耗单片机为核心,利用逐点积分方法获取电流有效值,可快速、精确地实现电流有效值的测量.本文不仅从仪器的硬件和软件两方面作了可靠性分析, 也讨论了该仪器在增强抗干扰能力和提高系统稳定性方面效果明显.经实践证明,该仪器具有精度高、稳定性好、功耗低等特点.

Abstract:During the course of forming the welding spot,checking and controlling spot welding current value is the key to assure the welding quality.This paper introduced a portable instrument to check and measure spot welding machine's current by the MSP430 MCU.The instrument,which used 16 bit ultralow-power consumption MCU as the kernel and used a calculation method of point-by-point integration to obtain the current virtual value,could achieve to measure the current virtual value quickly and exactly.This paper not only analyzed dependability from both the instrument's hardware and software parts,but also discussed that the system obtained obvious effect at the parts of enhancing the ability of anti-jamming and improving system's stability.It is proved by practice that this instrument has the characteristics of high accuracy,good stability, low-power consumption and so on.
