| 摘 要： | 全球资源短缺、环境污染严重的严峻现状已引起全世界的普遍关注和重视,各国都积极探索节约资源和实现经济可持续发展的有效途径,循环经济作为一种全新的经济增长模式应运而生.对于我国而言,要全面建设小康社会、实现新型工业化,发展循环经济是我们的必然选择和必要出路.文章从循环经济的概念入手,分析了发展循环经济的必要性及其重要意义,指出发展循环经济的紧迫性并提出了几点有效的发展途径.

| Abstract: | The shortage of world resources and environmental pollution has been a critical concern of all people. Each country tries to save various resources in order to realize the economic sustainable development. As a result, cycling economy comes out. Developing cycling economy is a necessary choice for China to build well-being society and achieve new industrialization. The paper begins with the concept of cycling economy, analyzes its necessity and importance, points out the urgency of developing cycling economy and finally puts forward some effective measures. |
