| 摘 要： | 运用宏观分析法对中国入世后民航业的法制建设所面临的机遇和挑战作一概括性论述。为完善中国民航业的法律保障制度,推动中国民航事业的发展和繁荣,应对入世后中国民航法制建设面临的挑战提出了几点措施。
