无人机交流发电系统故障诊断技术

摘    要:使用MATLAB 7.0软件,建立了飞机交流发电系统模型.应用小波分析工具箱Wavelet Toolbox 3.0,对仿真的故障进行检测诊断.针对某型飞机2 kVA交流发电机,建立了飞机交流发电系统,利用纯阻性负载创建一个测试点的新方法,对此系统进行单相负载短路仿真.运用小波函教对测试点的故障信号进行尺度分解,获得奇异点发生时间及其特性,从而对采集的故障信号进行诊断和分析.

Abstract:MATLAB 7.0 software is used to establish a model for the aircraft AC generation system. Wavelet-analysis toolbox, called the Wavelet Toolbox 3.0, is utilized to detect and to diagnose the faults. The aircraft AC electric power generating system, targeting at a 2 kVA AC generator in an aircraft, is established. The new method for creating a new testing point by using pure resistance load is given. The single-phase load short-circuit of the system based on the method is simulated. The occurring time and characteristics of the singularity are obtained by applying the scale-decomposition of the wavelet function on the fault signals of the testing point. Finally, the collected fault signals are diagnosed and analyzed.
