摘    要:采用化学还原法制备了纳米钴微晶,采用XRD、SEM、TEM和EDAX对产物进行了表征。结果表明,纳米钴微晶呈树枝状、结晶度高、颗粒尺寸均匀。运用DTA分析研究了纳米钴微晶对AP和AP/HTPB推进剂分解的催化性能及对AP/HTPB推进剂燃烧性能的影响。结果显示,纳米钴微晶对AP热分解有着极强的催化活性,对降低AP/HTPB推进剂压强指数有着较好的效果。

Abstract:The nano-crystalline Co was prepared by chemical reduction method.The sample was characterized by means of XRD,SEM,TEM and EDAX.The results show that nano-crystalline Co presents dendrite with better crystallinity and uniform particle size distribution.The catalysis of nano-crystalline Co on decomposition of AP and AP/HTPB propellant as well as the effect of nano-crystalline Co on combustion properties of AP/HTPB propellant were investigated by means of DTA.The results show that nano-crystalline Co possesses excellent catalytic activity for thermal decomposition of AP,which can effectively reduce the pressure exponent of AP/HTPB propellant.
