低温环境下红外辐射标定技术研究

摘    要:低温环境下红外场景生成装置的标定是对低温红外目标特征评估和精准探测的前提。通过标定过程中热辐射-光子-电子转换测量的传递途径,建立基于红外热像仪灰度的低温标定模型,用最小二乘法进行拟合,得到模型中的辐射出射度响应函数和系统固有偏置。搭建了低温标定实验装置,根据热像仪对低温辐射源不同辐射出射度的测量结果,得到标定方程。分析了理论值和实际测量值的误差,在低温黑体辐射出射度9.79W/m2处,热像仪的辐射出射度误差最大,为-0.17W/m2,此时的灰度误差为-9.91DN。

Abstract:The calibration of infrared scene generation devices in low temperature environment is the premise of low temperature infrared target feature evaluation and accurate detection. Through the transmission path of thermal radiation-photon-electron conversion measurement in the calibration process, a low-temperature calibration model based on the grayscale of the infrared thermal imager is established, and the least squares method is used to fit it, and the radiation ejection response function and the inherent bias of the system in the model are obtained. A low-temperature calibration experimental device is set up, and the calibration equation is obtained according to the measurement results of different radiation emission degrees of low-temperature radiation sources by the thermal imager. The error between the theoretical value and the actual measured value is analyzed. At the low temperature blackbody radiation exit degree of 9.79W/m2, the radiation emission error of the thermal imager is the largest (-0.17W/m2), and the grayscale error at this time is -9.91DN.
