载人航天器密封舱温湿度独立控制方法及实验研究

摘    要:针对目前载人航天器密封舱温湿度控制存在的强耦合问题,提出了一种基于绝对含湿量控湿的温湿度独立控制方法,设置中温和低温两个热控回路,并通过中温温控阀和低温温控阀的独立调节,进行冷凝干燥器组件控湿和气液换热器控温的双目标控制,实现了密封舱空气温湿度解耦控制,以满足精细化控制的需求。文章给出了密封舱温湿度独立控制系统的典型系统配置及控制策略,并搭建地面实验验证系统开展了相关实验验证工作。实验结果表明采用温湿度独立控制方法可以达到温度±0.5℃、湿度±2%RH的良好控制效果。

Abstract:For a strongly coupled temperature and humidity control system for a manned spacecraft sealed-cabin(mssc-THCS), a temperature-humidity independent control method(THICM) based on the absolute humidity control is proposed. The THICM contains two independent thermal control liquid loops: the moderate temperature loop (MTL) and the low temperature loop(LTL), and through the independent regulation of the MTL thermal control valve(MTL-TCV) and the LTL thermal control valve(LTL-TCV), a dual goal decoupling control of the humidity control based on the CHX(condensing heat exchanger) and the temperature control based on the gl-HX(gas-liquid heat exchanger) is implemented to meet the strict requirement of the mssc-THCS. Typical system configurations and the control strategy of the temperature-humidity independent control system for a manned spacecraft sealed-cabin(mssc-THICS) are presented, and the ground-based experiment validation system is built to carry out the validation experiment related with the temperature-humidity independent control. The experiment results show that good control effects of the temperature within +0.5 ~C and the relative humidity within +2% are achieved, which lays a good foundation for the engineering application in the mssc-THICS.
