摘    要:为了研究航天器分离时火工分离螺母产生的火工冲击环境特性,了解火工冲击载荷的机制和特点,直观观测应力波在结构材料中的传播过程,使用LS-DYNA非线性有限元程序模拟了火工分离螺母的动态分离过程,给出了典型响应及输出载荷,并通过火工分离螺母-结构一体化仿真得到了星箭界面载荷,为航天器火工冲击环境防护设计提供更加真实的输入条件。

Abstract:To study the characteristics of the pyrotechnic shock environment concerning a pyroshock separation nut, the mechanism of the pyroshock load, and the process of the stress wave propagation in the structural materials, the dynamic shock process of the pyroshock separation nut is simulated by using the LS-DYNA non-linear FEA software, and the acceleration response and the load curve at typical positions, and the load curve of the interface of the satellite and the launch vehicle are obtained by an integrative simulation of the pyroshock separation nut and the structure. The results provide a more exact input condition for the protection design of the spacecraft pyrotechnic environment.
