| 摘 要： | 本文利用配合尺寸误差的分布曲线、二维分布域和配合公差的极限偏差的图示,提出了分组装配设计的一种新的计算方法。它是对现行基于等分公差的分组装配法的一种改进,用以在复杂情况下减少总的装配超差率、消除各分组内零件的多余和不足,提高技术经济效益。

| Abstract: | A new calculating method for group assembly design through the use of distribution curves of fit dimensions' errors and the graphics of their two-dimensional distribution zone and the extreme deviations of fit tolerance is presented in this paper. It is a modificaton of the current group assembly method based on equally divided tolerances,by which the global rate of overdimensioned assembly in complicate cases could be decreased, the surplus and shortage of piecepart in each group could be eliminated, so that the technical-economic benefit could be raised |
