| 摘 要： | 如何构建基于IHE—RO技术框架方案的放射治疗信息管理系统，在中国是一项新的实践。本文介绍了在中国医学科学院肿瘤医院放疗科构建放射治疗信息管理系统的研究过程，以及基于IHE—RO技术框架方案和DICOMRT数据流标准的系统设计框图。并强调指出，DICOMRT标准对构建放射治疗信息管理系统极为重要，同时描述了DI—COMRT对象生成的过程。最后，建议在中国构建该系统时，应遵守中国当前已等同采用的与放疗设备质量管理有关的两个国际标准。
