摘    要:针对传统测量方法无法准确地测量小驻波微波器件电压驻波比的缺点,提出了新的测量方法、测量步骤及数据处理方法,并对其测量不确定度进行了评定.

Abstract:In this paper,the VSWR of microwave elements and its conventional measuring method is introduced.As the conventional method can't measure the VSWR of microwave elements of low VSWR well and truly,a new method of measuring,procedure,data processing and evaluation of uncertainly in measurement are described in detail.
