Reflection and suggestions:to enhance innovative ability of postgraduates from international experience

Innovation is the main rhythm of the era. In the knowledge economy ages, competition in the global scope concentrates on the talented persons,especially tthose persons of innovative ability. To enhance the innovative ability of postgraduates is the core of postgraduate education and also the important symbol of students cultivation quality. This article puts forward that to Form a good environment is the basic safeguard, to deepen the teaching reform is the base, and to optimize the fostering mode is the key to enhance the innovative ability of postgraduates. The author provides some beneficial enlightenments and benefits for us through analyzing the successful experience of the developed countries.
