摘    要:本文应用 Malvern激光测雾仪研究了新型重油内混式气动喷嘴的雾化特性 ,即雾化气压力、供油压力与气液比等参数对燃料的雾化与喷雾锥角的影响 ,并与现普遍采用的“Y”型内混式气动喷嘴进行了比较。试验结果表明 ,新型气动喷嘴的性能优于“Y”型喷嘴

Abstract:The atomization characteristics of a new type air assisted atomizer have been investigated for heavy oil with Engler viscosity more than 20,and compared with "Y" type atomizer commonly used in industry.A standard diffraction based sizing system (i.e.Malvern) is applied to this investigation .The results reveal the influences of the air pressure,fuel pressure,and air/fuel ratio on the atomization characteristics,the influence of the fuel pressure on the spray angle,and demonstate the fuel atomization superiority of this new-type atomizer over the "Y" type atomizer in atomization.
