酚醛泡沫塑料的增韧改性

摘    要:本文采用氯化聚乙烯,聚氯乙烯和丁腈橡胶三种聚合物组成四种增韧体系对酚醛泡沫塑料进行了增韧改性研究,用红外光谱分析从分子水平论证了增韧剂的增韧机理。实验结果表明,热塑性弹性体对酚醛泡沫塑料的增韧效果最佳。

Abstract:Ih this paper, the study of using four toughening systems Composed of chlorinated polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride and nitrible butadiene rubber to modify phenolic foams was carried out. the toughening mechnisrn of toughness was demenstheted by using of iefrared spectrum from melecular lever. The result indicated that the toughening effect of phenolic foams was best when using the thermoplastic elastomer.
