丁羟衬层固化度工艺研究

摘    要:依据环境湿含量变化,进行了衬层固化机理分析及固化参数和固化时间对衬层性能的影响实验,研究了衬层发软,不易脱模的问题。结果表明,衬层固化参数研和固化度直接影响燃烧室绝热层/衬层/推进剂界面的粘接;采用衬层胶片、钢/衬/药或钢/绝/衬/药试件监控衬层固化度,并调整衬层固化参数,可确保燃烧室内衬层与推进剂的同步固化。

Abstract:According to content change of environment moisture, cure mechanism of liners was analyzed ,the effect of cure parameter and cure time on properties of liners was tested, and liner softening and non-demolding was investigated. The results show that cure parameter RT and curing degree of liners have a direct effect on bond- ing of insulation/liner/propellant interface. The synchronous cure of liners and propellants in a combustion chamber can be ensured by monitoring curing degree of liners with liners film, K/B/Y or K/J/ B/Y specimen and optimizing cure parameters of liners.
