含储氢合金的丁羟推进剂固化气孔问题研究

摘    要:通过差示扫描量热(DSC)分析、流变性能测试等实验手段并结合理论分析,证实了储氢合金自身的特性、高氯酸铵的存在以及浇注速度不当是储氢合金推进刑在固化过程中出现大量气孔的根本原因.通过调整加料顺序并控制浇注速度,较好地解决了含储氢合金的丁羟推进剂固化气孔问题.

Abstract:By DSC and rheological property measurement combined with theoretic analysis,it was confirmed that the pore problem in curing of hydrogen storage alloy-contained propellants was originated from the property of hydrogen storage alloy and the existence of ammonium perchlorate and inappropriate casting velocity.By adjusting the adding sequence of materials and choosing suitable casting velocity,the pore problem in curing of HTPB propellant containing hydrogen storage alloy was resolved.
