摘    要:NF-6风洞通过压缩机静叶角预置进行马赫数粗调,而马赫数精确调节包括压缩机转速调节与试验段下游栅指位置调节两种方式。从调节范围、调节精度、调节速度与安全性4个方面对两种调节方式进行了对比研究。栅指调节在调节范围、调节精度方面具有一定优势,但两种精调方式均能很好地满足指标要求,而利用压缩机转速细调马赫数则具有安全性较好,且系统更简洁等特点。风洞最终选定了利用压缩机转速精调马赫数的控制方式,并确定了马赫数控制的流程。测试结果表明,风洞在全运行范围内马赫数控制精度优于±0.002。

Comparison and research on the Mach number control methods for the NF-6 continuous transonic wind tunnel

Abstract:In the NF-6 wind tunnel, Mach number is coarsely adjusted by means of compres- sor stator vane adjusting, and in fine adjustment, both the compressor rotational speed and the choke finger which lies downstream of the test section can be used. The two methods are com- pared in adjustment range, adjustment precision, regulating speed and system safety. When the choke finger is used for Math number adjusting, it has some advantages in the adjustment range and adjustment precision, yet both the two fine adjustment modes can well meet the require- ments, and using rotational speed of the compressor is prior in system safety and more concise. Finally the compressor rotational speed method is accepted and based on this, the process of Mach number control is given. The test result indicates that in the whole range of wind tunnel running Mach number, the Math number control error is under ±0. 002 .
