星载微带阵天线的热变形分析及实验验证

摘    要:文章对星载微带阵天线的结构特性进行了研究,针对非对称蜂窝夹层板建立了具有拉-弯耦合效应的力学方程,进行了热变形分析。为了验证分析结果,设计了常压高温下的热变形实验,介绍了实验方法、数据采集设备及实验步骤等。实验结果表明,计算结果与实际变形情况相符性较好,从而验证了天线板设计的合理性和有限元模型的正确性。

Abstract:The structural characters of space microstrip array antenna are studied The mechanical equation is formed based on un symmetric panel of composite material and analyzing results of thermal distortion are given To verify the results, a thermal distortion test in normal pressure and high temperature is designed The methodology, data measuring system and procedure of the test are described in detail The results of the test meet well to the analysis results and it shows the structure design and FEA model are reasonable for the antenna
