会聚光束衍射测径法的研究

在利用光学衍射法和光学傅里叶变换法测径时，通常是用平行光束照射。为了解决微小直径细丝的直径测量问题，在光学傅里叶变换理论的基础上，提出了以会聚光束作为直接测量光束的测量方法，并对测量系统的参数设计进行了讨论。最后以实际测试对该方法加以论证。

Research on measuring diameter with diffraction of gather beam

When the diameter is measured using the optical diffractive method and the Fourier transformation the shine of paraller beam is usual used. In order to resolve the problem of the fine wire's diameter measurement, according to the optical Fourier transformation theory, proposes a measurement method that the gather beam is used for direct measurement beam and discusses the parameter design of the measurement system. At last, the method is proved by the practical tests.
