大载荷谐振板的仿真研究

摘    要:为使跌落式谐振板装置的特性满足大载荷冲击试验的要求,采用有限元方法对谐振板和大载荷(100 kg)谐振板的固有频率及它们在半正弦冲击信号激励下的响应进行计算,得出相应的冲击响应谱。根据计算结果反复调整谐振板的结构尺寸、激励源,使响应点的时域响应和冲击响应谱符合要求。研究结果显示:大载荷对谐振板装置的冲击响应谱有很大的影响,导致响应时域延长、转折点频率降低、冲击谱幅值降低。

Abstract:To study the resonant plate in the heavy load pyrotechnical environments,natural frequencies of the resonant plate with and without heavy load(100 kg)and their dynamic responses excited by half sine shock wave are calculated using finite clement method.The response spectrums are obtained from the dynamic responses.The size of the resonant plate and exciting signals are varied to reach the temporal response and the shock response spectrum according to specified requirements.The results show that heavy load has a significant influence on the resonant plate and it results in longer dynamic response time,lower break frequency and lower response spectrum values.
