飞机选型的综合评价与优先权灵敏度分析

 采用多目标决策理论建立了一个多层次的飞机选型的综合评价模型,在此基础上,讨论了优先权灵敏度分析的方法以及在飞机选型问题上的应用。

A METHODOLOGY FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION AND SELECTION OF AIRCRAFT AND ITS SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS OF PRIORITY

This paper proposes a methodology for evaluating and selecting aircraft types in a collective decision setting. It consists of two major phases: (1) evaluation and selection. (2) sensitivity analysis of priority. The evaluation process repeatedly uses the hierarchical structure by which we describe the decision attributes for the aircraft evaluation problem. Then the problem is solved according to the analytical hierarchical processes method proposed by Saaty, i.e, the selection process. On the basis of this hierarchical evaluation set the problem of sensitivity analysis about priority of the alternatives in analytical hierarchical process is discussed. And then the applications of the sensitivity analysis in selecting commercial aircraft are presented in this context. It is especially important to proceed to the sensitivity analysis of priority for some ill structured decision making problem such as the selection of the commercial aircraft types.
