半穿甲战斗部侵彻过程中装药安定性研究

摘    要:利用有限元软件LS-DYNA建立半穿甲弹战斗部壳体、引信和装药模型,进行了初速为450m/s、靶厚为50mm、倾角为0°、15°、40°的侵彻数值模拟。在不同倾角下,对比分析引信和炸药的应力分布位置的变化,装药局部温度升高对安定性的影响。研究结果表明:随倾角增大,装药局部的受力增大,温度升高;大倾角侵彻时可能导致引信变形失效和装药局部温度急剧升高而影响安定性。

Abstract:Using finite software LS-DYNA, t.he shell model, fuze model and grain model of a Semi-Armor- Piercing Warhead were built and the process of penetration was simulated. The moving speed was 450 m/s. The thickness of target was 50 mm. The obigue angle was 0°, 15°and 40°. Based on the numerical simulation, the variational location of fuze stess and grain stress in different obigiuty and the influence of the grain safety due to increasing temperature of local were analyzed. The results show that when the obigiuty increase, the press and temperature of grain increase; and when high obigiuty penetration occur, the fuze should be distorted and the temperature of local grain increase rapidly to challenge the safty of grain.
