Ti(Y)N镀覆刀具及膜-基界面状态的研究

摘    要:研究了离子镀TiN和Ti(Y)N镀层对刀具寿命及膜-基界面状态的影响。结果表明:刀具镀覆Ti(Y)N后寿命显著提高,试验数据分散度减小,可信度大大提高,这主要是膜-基界面状态改善,结合力大大提高之故。并对微观机制进行了较为系统的讨论

Abstract:This paper intends to do some research on the influence of ion-plating TiN and Ti(Y)N coating on the life of cutting tools and the coating-substrate interfacial status. The results indicate that the life of the tool coated by Ti(Y)N is increased greatly. The data dispersion degree of the test is decreased and the reliability is increased greatly. It is mainly because Ti(Y)N coating makes the coating-substrate interfacial status improved and the bond strength is increased greatly. A systematic discussion on the micro-mechanism is made.
