电机的故障时间分布规律研究

摘    要:总结、分析了国内外大、小功率电机在外场使用与厂内试验中产生的大量故障时间数据 ,并分别选取典型产品进行详细的数据分析与拟合 ,结合文献分析 ,得出电机的故障时间分布模型。

Abstract:Current military standards for reliability qualification testing written primarily for electronic equipment possibly can not be used directly for nonelectronic equipment. This paper firstly collects thousands of failure data of electric motors, as typical nonelectronic equipment, in aircraft mainly. Then based on the analysis of failure modes, effects and fault mechanisms of the motors, it analyzes and fits failure distributions for them. Tests are performed for goodness of fit. The analyzed results show that Weibull distribution is more suitable for the time of the first failure of electric motors. Several ideas are pointed out on the reliability design of electric motors.
