摘    要:提出了飞行器系统效能评估的改进模糊综合评判模型,采用模糊定权法,根据相对隶属度确定因素权重,并依据最大隶属度原则做出决策,提高评判方法的客观性和准确性,克服了经验定权的模糊方法存在主观性较强的不足。将改进的模糊综合评判模型用于对飞行器系统设计方案进行量化评判和筛选,分别对6种复合材料机翼结构效能、2种无人机和3种巡航导弹的隐身和气动效能进行了评估;并将结果与灰关联模型的评判结果对比,验证了模型的有效性,得到了对工程设计具有参考价值的结论。

Abstract:This paper seeks to outline a modified fuzzy-based model for multi-objective evaluation to quantitatively rate the system effectiveness of aircraft by using fuzzy weights-making method.The modified model overcomes the drawback of stronger subjectivity of traditional fuzzy method and higher precision can be obtained expediently and rationally.The novel model presented in the paper is applied for the rating of structural effectiveness of six composite wings and of stealth and aerodynamic effectiveness of two UAV and three cruise missiles.The predictions are compared to those from grey correlation model,demonstrating the rationality and validity of the proposed model.
