载人运载火箭全箭模态试验

摘    要:介绍载人运载火箭全箭模态试验技术,给出了火箭全部可靠性模态数据,及飞船内关键设备的振动数据。通过对数据分析,认为:船箭耦合远比星箭耦合复杂;代替低空逃逸发动机的配重对火箭的频率特性影响不大;试验取得的全部模态数据可靠,为稳定系统设计、船箭耦合动态分析及火箭飞行过程中宇航员的振动环境提供了实验依据。

Abstract:In this paper the overall modal test technique for the manned launch vehicle is introduced and all the reliability modal data of the launch vehicle and the vibration data of the key equipment in the spaceship are given. Based on the test data analysis, it is concluded that the launch vehicle-spaceship coupling is far more complicated than the launch vehicle-satellite coupling, and the counterbalance substituting the low-altitude escape(rocket)motor has very litte influence on the frequency characteristics of the launch vehicle. All the modal data obtained during the test are reliable, thus providing test basis for the design of stabilizing system, dynamic analysis of launch vehicle-spaceship coupling and vibration environment of the astronaut during the flight of the launch vehicle.
