| Abstract: | This paper proposes to develop satellite based position determination and communication system which may be urgently needed by many departments of the country. The composition of the two—geostationary satellite system is described and the feasibility of the system is discussed in this paper. A part of the results of the design work is given and further research problems are pointed out。 |
