| 摘 要： | 中国古代的审判管辖包括级别管辖、地域管辖和专门管辖三类。按照法制自身变迁的脉络,分析了级别管辖、地域管辖和专门管辖的起源、内容和流变,并在此基础上,简要分析了其特质。

| Abstract: | The trial jurisdiction system in ancient China consisted of rank jurisdiction,area jurisdiction,special jurisdiction.According to the veins of legal system's changes itself,the article has analyzed the origin,content,changes of trial jurisdiction system in ancient China;and based on this foundation,it has briefly analyzed its special characteristics. |
