某系列发动机一级涡轮叶片叶冠耐磨堆焊工艺研究

摘    要:某系列发动机一级涡轮叶片在工作过程中曾出现多次裂纹和断裂故障,影响飞行安全。文中采用Co-Cr-W和Co-Cr-Mo两种合金作为堆焊金属进行了一级涡轮叶片叶冠的堆焊试验,并从焊后接头的金相分析结果、硬度测试结论和长期试车分析等3个方面对其焊接效果进行了分析。结果表明:堆焊Co-Cr-W和Co-Cr-Mo耐磨合金有效增加了一级涡轮叶片叶冠间的耐磨性,堆焊Co-Cr-Mo合金比堆焊Co-Cr-W合金的耐磨性更好。

Abstract:There are several instances of turbine stage 1 vane's flow and fracture at work. And all these instances depress the flying safety. Turbine stage 1 blade shroud build-up welding experimentations was made using Co-Cr-W and Co-Cr-Mo alloys as build-up welding metals. And the welding results were analyzed from metallographic analysis, rigidi of Co-Cr-W and Co-Cr-Mo al ty testing and engin loys could increase e long time trial run. The results were that build-up welding the wear resistance ability of turbine stage 1 blade shroud, and the wear resistance of build-up welding of Co-Cr-Mo alloy was better than build-up welding of Co-Cr-W alloy.
