旋流对旋转受限层板换热的影响

摘    要:应用数值模拟的方法,模拟了旋转受限层板内旋流对层板换热的影响.研究表明:在冲击受限层板内,由于侧壁面会产生对称的旋流,对哥氏力产生的二次流具有抑制作用,有利于旋转受限层板换热;旋转导致的离心力和哥氏力显著地影响旋流的作用,旋流的作用区域随着转速的增加而减小.合理设计旋转受限层板的长度可以增加旋转受限层板的换热.

Abstract:The effect of spirality flow on heat transfer in limited lamilloy was researched by numerical simulation in rotation state. It is found that because of the side wall, the symmetric spirality flow was encased in the rotating limited lamilloy, which can restrain secondary flow produced by Coriolis force, contributing to the heat transfer in rotating limited lamilloy. The centrifugal force and Coriolis force have a significant impact on spirality flow. The impact field of spirality flow decreases with the increasing rotation speed. The heat transfer of rotating limited lamilloy can be increased by designing the length of rotating limited lamilloy reasonably.
